Groovonix brings together four seasoned musicians, each with over 25 years of professional experience and deep roots in a wide range of musical genres. Hailing from diverse backgrounds: New Orleans, Detroit, South Florida and Southern California, we came together with one mission in mind - to graciously fulfill the age-old request from our female fans: "Can you play something we can dance to?"

Get ready for a double dose of funk, pop, rock, and disco as Groovonix brings their high-energy sound to two exciting Southern Utah events! First, they’ll fire up the dance floor at Blues Katz in St. George on Saturday, February 8, followed by a free outdoor performance at Kanab Balloons & Tunes on Saturday, February 15. Whether you’re looking for an intimate venue with great drinks or a festival setting surrounded by hot air balloons, Groovonix has you covered!
About the Band: Groovonix
Groovonix is a powerhouse of rock, pop, disco, and funk, designed to keep crowds moving all night. The band’s diverse lineup brings regional flavors from across the country: lead singer Louis Cheramie hails from Louisiana, guitarist Jerry Love from Detroit, and keyboardist Tony Ricci and drummer Robert Cantu from Southern California. With beats that compel you to move and grooves that are impossible to resist, Groovonix guarantees a high-energy show wherever they go.
